Soft Water

Definitely not the best picture of this, but my mom threw it up on the wall the second I brought it home.

It's technically mixed media - the branch, grass, and rocks and sand are real. I spray-glued them on. The under layer of her dress is tissue paper, slapped on with glue, and painted over with white.

The texture is from the fact that I finger-painted the entire thing, being that it was on a canvas the size of the hood of my car. Paintbrushes don't come that big in high school. Anyway, referenced from [link]

My uncle has since 'stolen' it from my mom, and painted his living room to match the green. Gotta love family.
